Nirjhar Chatterjee
Founder | Director
Meet Nirjhar, the strategic dada (big brother) of branding and communications—our resident human megaphone who ensures every brand message doesn’t just whisper, but resonates across the vast Indian landscape.
With over 18+ years of battling it out in the ‘Brand Jungle’, he’s seen more client sectors than a Kolkata taxi has seen potholes: from the soil of Agro and the steel of Engineering, right up to the sizzle of F&B and the high-rises of Real Estate. He began his quest not with a bang, but with the quiet art of writing about industrial nuts and bolts. Soon, he leveled up, trading the lone keyboard for the hustle of a PR Agency, where he juggled an iconic menu of clients like 6 Ballygunge Place, the academic weight of JIS Group, and the sweet taste of Cream & Fudge Factory. He didn’t just handle accounts; he became the guy who made sure Kolkata’s best stories reached the masses.
His adventure then took him PAN-India as the National Marketing Head for Shrachi Group, truly understanding what it takes to launch a brand from the regional para (neighbourhood) to the national map. Not one to sit still, he later launched creative ventures with his friends, Anspro & Temoho, adding heavyweight champions like Aditya Birla Group, Super Shakti TMT, and the spirits of Pernod Ricard (Royal Stag, Absolut, Blenders Pride) to his trophy cabinet.
Fresh off the boat from his latest epic journey, he’s launched this new endeavor. Think of him as the ‘Chai pe Charcha’ (discussion over tea) consultant: a seasoned strategist, web wizard, and digital marketer all rolled into one. He doesn’t just know the ropes; he braided them himself. When it comes to building and promoting a brand in this heavily competitive market, Nirjhar is the GPS you didn’t know you needed.

Subhamoy Banerjee
Chief Visual Alchemist
If our independent studio is a spicy, flavourful biryani, then Subhamoy Da, or Moy Da, is the 40-year-old tadka (tempering/sizzle) that makes it irresistible. He’s our walking, talking encyclopedia of advertising, holding the key to every creative door from the 80s till now.
His ‘all-total brand plan’ isn’t just a strategy; it’s a masterpiece of jugaad (ingenious fix/hack) and high-level execution. Moy Da’s career, spanning 40+ years, is the stuff of agency folklore. He’s done the rounds like a classic Kolkata tram—starting his journey at the heavy-hitters: RK Swamy BBDO, Lintas, Ogilvy & Mather (collecting passport stamps from Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur, no less!), before mastering the craft at Inner Circle Advertising and BEI Confluence Communication. When he walks into a room, the air smells vaguely of finished concepts and well-aged paper—a true vintage genius.
He’s the man responsible for the spark in brands that are household names, having worked his creative ‘jadoo’ (magic) on everything from the glimmer of Senco Gold and the comfort of Bata, to the industrial might of Tata Motors and Balmer Lawrie. Ask him about Asian Paints or Radio Mirchi, and he’ll give you a lesson in market penetration that’s funnier than your favourite stand-up special.
Moy Da isn’t just experienced; he’s decorated. His mantelpiece needs a separate almirah (wardrobe) just for the Advertising Club Calcutta Awards he scooped up consecutively for ‘Concern for Calcutta Campaign’ (1993-1997). And the ‘Srijan Sanman Award’ (2004-2007)? Consider that his creative victory lap. In a world obsessed with ‘new-new,’ Moy Da is our delightful reminder that classic vision never fails. He’s the original Brand Architect who ensures our work is rooted in strategy, sprinkled with whimsy, and always delivers ROI (Return On India).
Brands handled – Titan, Bata, McDowell’s, Coats of India, Asian Paints, Indian Rayon, The Times of India (TOI), Sanbad Pratidin, Senco Gold, Radio Mirchi, Emami Landmark, Sika India, Farinni Confectionery, Ruby Hospital, Tata Ryerson, Tata Indicom, Tata Motors, Balmer Lawrie, ILS Hospital to name a few.

Papiya
Ghosal
Senior Client Alchemist
They say you can’t be in two places at once, but Papiya’s resume suggests otherwise. With over a decade of experience, she is the ultimate “Swiss Army Knife” in our creative toolkit. She kicked things off in the tech trenches of Microsoft.net, but her “independent spirit” eventually led her from the server room to the boardroom.
Papiya’s career path is a masterclass in versatility. She’s managed clients at Wipro, navigated healthcare logistics at Cordlife, and orchestrated school-level magic at Infinity Events. If you’ve ever ordered a late-night snack or a last-minute gift via Flipkart, Zomato, or Blinkit, you’ve likely felt the impact of her process-driven precision.
But wait, there’s a “Part 2.” Beyond the spreadsheets and processes, Papiya is a powerhouse on the mic. As an Event Coordinator and Host, she’s the one making sure brand campaigns and IT corporate events run smoother than a fresh jar of Nolen Gur. 12 years, 7 industries, and 1 mission: to make sure our clients succeed while keeping the vibe fun and the strategy sharp. She’s not just a Process Associate; she’s the glue that holds our wildest creative ideas together.
